The Human Protocol Group was born from a simple yet urgent question: What does it mean to stay human while building the future with AI?
Founded by Mykel Salomon, a global support executive, entrepreneur, and storyteller, the group was created to explore that very intersection where technology, leadership, and humanity meet. After more than a decade leading global teams through transformation, Mykel saw firsthand that progress without purpose can leave people behind. The Human Protocol Group exists to change that narrative, to ensure that as we design smarter systems, we also design wiser, more human-centered ones.
What began as The Human Protocol Podcast, a space for honest, thought-provoking conversations about AI, innovation, and the human condition, has evolved into a larger ecosystem for media, thought leadership, and community-building.
